Extra plastic piece leftover cant figure out where it goes.

I've tried finding the answer online but it seems to be impossible. I'm looking for this small black plastic piece that was leftover after working on my toro recycler 22". Model #20332, serial number 310038425. I will post a picture, hopefully someone knows what it is, thank you in advance.

It is the fuel tank spacer that mounts under the front bottom edge of the fuel tank. Goes into this hole on bottom of tank

Thank you I will try that. I was trying to look at the ignition cable since I don't know if I'm getting a spark from my new spark plug. I also don't think I tested it correctly the first time.
