2019 Lexmark with RED tech rpm issues

My exmark runs very high rpm regardless of settings. At idle, you can press the low/medium/high buttons and the engine will increase speed, although around 2200 is the lowest it will go. With blades engaged it automatically jumps to 34-3600. No button input changes this. when you turn the blades off, the engine continues to run at 34/3600 and will not lower rpms unless you lunge the machine forward (putting load on engine). I also cannot find the diagnostic port anywhere on this machine. I was wondering if it needed a taps/ecu reset, but cannot find the 4 pin connector. there is a 6 port pin coming out from under the control center(where the key is) that has a cap, but all my internet searching states it should be a square 4 pin connector with a black and white wire. seemingly doesn't exist on this machine. Any help will be appreciated.
thanks.

Don't know if the RED is same both and diesel but there is a way to set on the diesel RED.
