Troy Bilt model 13WN77KS011 Replaced all belts and now it only drives at 1 slow speed.

Did you use OEM belts, or a might fit belt. Also did you replace both belts.

Did you to see if the variable speed pulley moved freely? Is the belt tensioner are moving freely? Is the belt routed correctly? These are all things I’ve seen DIY guys forgot to check.

I replaced both belts with OEM overpriced belts.

I guess I'll have to look again more closely. I know they are routed correctly but checking other things couldn't hurt.
