Any helpful advice is greatly appreciated. I have replaced the flywheel which lost magnets & ignition coil,starter solenoid, spark plug,fuel filter,.Safety switches don't seem to be a bother because engine is turning but not starting also it has spark.What next ?

How are you verifying spark? The light bulb spark testers do not test well. There is a gap spark tester available for a very reasonable price, I expect to see a link showing up soon. You can test with the plug removed, connected and grounded, and see if there's spark at the plug. Next is fuel. Have you checked fuel flow to the carb? Pull the fuel line from the carb and see if it flows freely. If you have a fuel pump, pull the line from tank to pump and check there. If those 2 check out, you can use starting fluid, or 2 stroke mix fuel spritzed into the carb, to see if that fires. That should give us something to work on...
 
Thank you first of all!!! I pulled spark from cylinder and with wire attached saw blue spark while turning ignition key My Troy bilt gas to carb is gravity fed but will check that out again,I know it wasn't but about 3 months ago though.Plus I've tried starting spray but only bumped over 1 time .
 
Did you check to see if the magnets on the new flywheel were in the exact same location as the old flywheel in reference to the keyway? More than once I’ve seen a DIY guy replace a flywheel with magnets in a different location. You still get spark, but at the wrong time.
 
Yes I did, the number stamped on the flywheel were the same too.Plus pulled of kill wire an still won't start just one quick bang after starting spray. Thank you!

You obviously need to try more than bumping engine over one time, unless you get lucky.

A quick spray bang might not run for long. Sounds like you barely hit it with your starting juice.

Spray some 2 stroke mix which is way safer that ether. Fog it in there real nicely. Plus ether has NO lube in it like 2 stroke. Some get wild with the ether and can strip all the oil out of the cylinders.

You have a fuel issue regardless of what you are spraying.
 
Pull fuel line from carb INLET. Drain into a glass jar. Look for water and trash in the bottom of the jar. FILL the jar as to TEST your tank cap VENT and flow. If she flows then stumbles slash trickles, the tank cap VENT is the issue. This test confirms two things for you.
