Is this correct for Scag zero turns?

Just picked up a 2018 Tiger Cat II and having to correct a lot of pretty bad mechanical faults caused by persons or person with less than 0 mechanical skills!
I’ve replaced the clutch because it had been removed for some reason and when it was reinstalled it was beaten back onto the crank shaft with a hammer and was so stuck I had to use a 5 ton hydraulic puller to remove it.
My question is (see) pictures, the drive belt going from the clutch going forward on the left an right side angles upwards to the front left and right pulleys.
Is this a normal Scag installation for drive belts or did perhaps a thicker body pulley above the clutch get installed when the clutch had been removed prior to my ownership?

That doesn't look right at all. You will need your model number and serial number. You can find the owners manual here.

It’s a 2016 48” Scag Tiger Cat II
M/N STC II-48V-23CV, S/N 8900144 with a Kohler M/N KT740-3042 S/N 4601500684.
I’ve researched everything that I can get my hands on an there are no parts measurements anywhere that I can find and assuming that this is the original engine that came with the mower, (an not an engine with a shorter crankshaft) and someone has the specific measurements of the upper pulley, the only other way that I know is to get a pulley from Scag and compare them because the upper pulley is at the end of its travel (against the crankshaft taper) and the clutch is against the upper pulley?

The engine is not original to the mower. The engine that's currently on the machine is for a Hustler or Big Dog. The crankshaft on the current engine may be longer than the original engine. The original engine was a Kohler Command CV-23.
If you are not mechanically inclined, I suggest that you take it to the nearest Scag dealer for assistance.

Here is a question. What the belt looks like with the deck at mid height setting? Belt angles do change depending the deck setting.
