FS120 kill switch wire

Hey all, I have a FS120 that i wanted to swap out the ignition coil of . It is one with bull horn handles & throttle/start/stop slider switch on right handle.When removing old coil the kill switch wire DID NOT go up the shaft to the slider switch but instead terminated under engine block.Upon opening up of slider switch I can find no evidence of any wires being there previously.But I know for a fact that the slider switch operated as it was meant to prior to removal of old coil.
So where would the kill switch wire end around the block , as I can't find any tab that the spade end would attach to? I'm stumped .

Most of the ones I have dealt have one wire that goes to the tab on the side of the coil winding and the other wire would go to a small metal tab that was attached with one of the coil mount bolts. The switch is what completed the circuit to ground the coil and kill fire/spark to the engine.

I think what is making things confusing on this trimmer is there is no kill wire going to the kill switch on the handle bar. From looking at parts diagrams is appears they may be using the throttle cable conduit as the kill wire. So the hot wire from the coil is wired to make contact with the throttle cable conduit, and then there is a series of wire clips that make contact with the other end and when the kill switch is moved to the kill position the spring terminals make contact between the throttle cable and the metal housing of the handlebar which completes the kill circuit.

Yep, I looked at the parts diagram with bicycle bar option, and the exploded view was quite confusing. The kill wires are in the jacket for the throttle cable, but where they connect is not very clear.

I'm still digging through some of my Stihl repair data history to see what I can find.

There is 2 parts breakdowns for the throttle trigger system. One has the wires in the throttle cable housing, the other has 2 spring clips that make connection to the kill switch but no wire connectors.
 
Thanks all for contributing to what I believe will be the solution. The above diagram from Star Tech looks like the exact set up on this unit . I shall eventually get back out into the shed & have another play with this new info. & post my results. Thanks all once again.
