If you unplug it and check resistance and get no reading the windings are open in the PTO clutch. You will need a new clutch assembly.

I didnt test on the pto I tested the wires going to it and they have no power with the switch on I was getting power earlier when the blades were stuck on i could still her it click with the switch and now im not getting any power

Hello L.,

That is uncommon, but not unheard of. Check for power with a test light, but also verify the grounds are good.

Do you have to be in the seat for the safety switch to operate? Is the brake set?
