Customer states, hit a stump and now deck is making terrible noises

I'm curious if the deck also broke some of aluminum spindle housings.

No broken spindle housings. She said she hit a stump.. I don't think there was a stump involved. I think the worse of the 3 blades came apart and go so imbalanced she thought she hit something.
All 3 of the blades had their tips line up after the new blades were installed, so nothing was even bent other than the old blades.

I have a bad scar in my shin caused by a push mower blade fragmenting like one of these shown. People don't realize that checking and replacing blades are part of normal equipment maintenance.

If you really want to get a puzzled look on their face, ask them to bring in the missing parts so you can weld each of them back together and charge them $150.00 per blade. It takes a minute for that to sink in with some people.

ehhhh, you service guys are just mad cause she's trying to get her money's worth out of those blades. Oh ya, was there any oil in this mower, or had it all been used as well . . . . .

Oil level was fine. Maybe not at the full mark but within tolerances. Did an oil and filter change along with a new air filter while I had the mower.
