Cub cadet electrical issues

I have a cub cadet ltx 1045 I keep burning out the jumper harness wiring on it . Every time I start it I have to watch to see if the ground wire smokes that goes to selinoid. It work fine for a while after I replaced it then started doing it again melted the ground wire . Any suggestions thanks

Are you sure that is a ground wire?

Is the solenoid grounded by the bolts holding it onto the frame?
