Based on the engine (11 Hp) and muffler shape, I GUESS...

28113S or 28114S---these two match 11HP and that muffler shape
28 inch deck

It has a 30" deck. Based on the blade engagement lever it's a 30113S.

I agree that it's a 30", most likely series 3. If it has smooth-start, it may be a series 4. 30113S or 30114S.
