Brake pedal frozen

John Deere 100 series 102 5 speed brake pedal is frozen How can I get the brake pdeal to release?

only advice I could give you is to go through braking system and check for any binding and or adjusting of linkage, etc.
(sometimes you get lucky with a shot of wd-40 and or grease in the right spot)
