Kohler cv730 spark plug foul problem

My kohler CV 730 command 25 hp. Will foul the right spark plug. The engine has 630 hours and uses about a pint og oil every 3 hrs. I checked the compression and both cylinders read 140 psi. Their is no evidence of an oil leak. Questions--why is the spark plug fouling? And is 140 psi compression about right for this engine?

IF it is only one cylinder the you have a blown head gasket.
Fairly uncommon on Commands so it is buy a gasket and as the Queen of Spades said to Alice" Off With Your Head."
