Simplicity 738 Broadmoor, rebuilding carb and trying to figure out what carb kit

Believe the carb to be a 491590, thinking that Rebuild kit 796184 is what I need but not sure and I also need to rubber elbow that comes off of the carb. Any help is much appreciated.
 
Carb repair part number 394698 for carb part number 491591. The parts diagram shows the carb to breather tube assembly but doesn't list a part number for it. It may be one of those items that is NLA.
 
Waiting on the new carb kit, put a new spark plug in, tried tuning the carb a bit, can make it idle nearly perfect and run in first gear just fine (3 speed gearbox plus reverse) in 3rd it bogs down and dies out, I'm sure a fresh rebuild and correct tuning along with the new plug and air filter will result in it running smooth and like new
