Hit a brick with the deck!!!

I hit a brick stuck in the ground (on accident) with my deck. Now when I try to mow, the deck shakes like crazy and the belt gets thrown off. Where do I start?? I have a poulon pro riding mower.

The blade is more than likely off balance

Sounds like you broke a deck spindle.
With the belt off grab the blade and try to move it up and down while looking at the pulley above it. I bet the pulley moves.

Let us know what you find and we can tell you how to go about fixing it.

I agree and more than likely bent the blade as well.
