Leveling Cub Cadet RZT S Mower Deck

First time out with my new RZT S machine, cut was uneven. Checked deck level with owners manual. Side to side OK. Front to back 7/8" too high on front.

I leveled the mower deck per owner's manual instructions. That Is: with deck position leveler in 4th notch up from the lowest setting, side to side, checked blade tips even. Adjusted front to back blade tips ~1/4" lower on front.

Deck now looks too much tilted down so idler wheels can not be adjusted per manual instructions.

What could possibly be wrong???
