Wrong mulch color issue

So i have a customer who needs 12yds of mulch he requested dark brown. The mulch gets delivered and now he says its to dark......Its dark brown. He wants the mulch company to pick it up. How would you guys handle this? I wouldnt blame the mulch company for not wanting it back .

Let him deal with the mulch company.

He asked for dark brown, he got dark brown. Plain and simple.

The color will fade over time by the sun.

Ya no kidding... People like this are ridiculous... I keep a couple zip lock baggies with samples of a few types of bark and a few types of rock so I know excatly what to have delivered.

Let him deal with it he's being the picky one. Tell him he can pay you to shovel it into your truck and take it back.
