Scag Wildcat shutting off after a few minutes of use.

My Scag will run for about 15 minutes from a cold start and then shuts off. I can let it set about 2 or 3 minutes and it will start back and run a few minutes then shut off again. I have changed out the battery and cleaned the fuel system.

Could be a number of things. When it does run, does it sound rough?
