Parking Lot Sweepers

Do any of you guys run a business that sweeps parking lots?

There is a business in our area that is for sale. Truck, Tenant Sweeper, and a Billy Goat walk behind.

Equipment is supposed to be in good shape. I have not looked at it and for the most part would not know what to look for as to condition if I did look.

Reason it is for sale is guy has illness. It has two contracts. One is a Walmart. Not sure what the other is.

Locally here there probably would not be a lot more contracts because we are a small town plus we are pretty economically depressed. There is not any other sweeper trucks in our area either however

Admins if this will work in a different place better than Front Porch put it where you think is best.

It would be good if you could get in with the city or private roads

wal mart manager would probly be the one with info on that....i checked on an empty bank building and strip mall here to see about cutting and real estate company gave me the name of a holding company way off that owns the property.......called them and there was so many hoops to jump thru just to be considered that i moved on to something else

I honestly do not know what model the Tennant is? I have not pursued it that far yet.

I know they do the Walmart lot cause I have seen the truck working there.
