Did you use the iPhone app or a droid ?
I know on the droid people have had trouble with uploading pics.

Maybe now is a now good time switch to Tapatalk since its free for everyone now. Just a suggestion

Sometimes if there have been updates to the site it will cause these issues. Go to your user cp, and go through the steps again to except email notification even if it shows they are already set. See if that will fix the problem it works sometimes. If not notify the admin.

Our mobile app is free and always has been. I think it's better than Tapatalk.
