Need a Recommendation for Lawn Mower

I am moving into a house with a small front and medium yard, 1/8 acre. I need a push mower that is easy to use and can get into tight spaces between trees and flower beds.

Some questions.
Do you want to bag or mulch?
How much do you want to spend?
Do you want to push or do you want a self propelled (probabaly not)

I have a 1/2 acre and I use a 21" Honda HRR216VKA Self Propelled. The mower cuts, mulches, and bags. It runs strong and is powerful enough to pull me along when I don't feel like I have too much energy.

The price was about $400 at the local HD which was too good to be true after I considered buying a rider for $1200-$1700.

Also, the thing is pretty agile, I run it around my AC unit, stone pavers, coconut trees, mailbox, etc.

Id recommend it.
