Stihl HS 81 R problems

Alright guys, need some help. Tired of taking this thing to the shop for repairs when I know I can do it myself if I only knew what to fix. I have a Stihl HS 81R hedge trimmer. It fires and runs smooth, but the blades won't move. I've taken them apart and cleaned and lubed them thoroughly. Still no movement. Any ideas?

Did you possibly overtighten the nuts that hold the blades together?
