New to the group... I am having problems with my ZTS 7500 w/ 26 hp Kohler. It will not speed up. The engine is on the slowest speed possible. When I move the handle to to go faster the engine stays the same speed. The linkage cable is good (the 2nd time have replaced) and when I move handle I can see the linkage move the mechanism/throttle linkage(lever/governor- according to Engine Controls Group 9 in the manual) back and forth, so it is connected. Any ideas?
