Here's a look at a Zoysia yard that we took from knee high weeds and turned into respectable turf.

So you laid some sod. Ok it looks nice. Better tell the owner to pour the water on. Zoysia loves water like a min 2" per week. Zoysia comes from China where it rains a lot.
