Seat switch has been replaced and PTO switch works as it is should. Mower will start and run just fine, the moment you release the parking brake or move either steering arm, then the engine shuts off. I checked wires for damage, cut or frayed wire casing and checked connectors for corrosion. Just a little stumped at the moment.

Can you give the model number off the serial tag? The model number given is not reconigized by SearsPartsDirect.
I would bypass the seat safety to test if the new safety switch is bad. You should be able to run a jumper wire between the wires connected to the switch.
