I have a husqavarna Z254 zero turn. Recently it has started to intermittently lose speed. It doesn't matter if it's full throttle or if the blades are engaged or not. It will be going full speed and slow down to a crawl without the RPMs changing at all. It might go on for 30 seconds or so and go right back to normal speeds. Can't identify any pattern. Any ideas?
Hydro oil level is low or oil is burned .
Some times a bad belt will also do this or a stuck tension arm
When was the last time you greased it ?

My experience with a couple of these mower that had motion problem is the drive belt idler arm binding up. Has to be disassembled and cleaned. Especially items 6 and 7.
