Yardbug front wheels

the front wheels on my yardbug riding mower are wonky, the left wheel goes straight and the right wheel goes to the right, and its tearing up my lawn. I've put the machine up on blocks but I cant figure out how to correct this. The owners manual shows how to toe in or out, but theres nothing in there to show me how to align the wheels, any help would be appreciated.

Maybe it needs a new grease fitting or bearing #6 in diagram.part# 737-0211A

There also may be an adjustment to the ball joint tie rod jamnut to move the toe in and toe out.

The grease bering is ok. I think it's a problem with the ball joint or tie rod,I just don't know how to determine this.
