Hardy Shao is who runs the company and he is from China. So it looks like a Chinese made machine. They don't say where they are made but the distributor is in Nebraska. Personally I wouldn't buy one because I have seen too much Chinese junk.

I found out that they are made in the USA in Beatrice Nebraska. He bought out the old encore plant and reopened it as worldlawn. The mower I looked at was really a nice heavy mower 7guage fab deck. So it isn't Chinese junk yet. Probably end up that way though. The sales man said he had bought one three years ago and it is still going strong. I'll probably go with a fasttrack or gravely?

Both of those are good brands (Hustler and Gravely).

Dealer 5 miles from me. He sells a decent number of them every season. It seems about all the parts are from here in the U.S. Or at least sold by companies here. Tires, seats, pumps, belts, engines, etc. I think the frames are still made in China. The heavy duty commercial ones are real good mowers. Several of them near town. They are not all that cheap compared to say some of the pretty decent ZTRs by Hustler, Cub Cadet, etc.
