I cleaned the carburetor and all I get is puffs of black smoke when I try to start it with the choke off. If I choke it the inside of the carburetor gets soaked in gasoline and even puffs out the intake. Would love to get thing running to put on my 1970's Alice Chamblers Garden Tractor
