Wiring Harness for mower problems

Mower sucked wiring that runs mower blades while mowing.....friend cut wiring harness, taped wire and hooked straight to battery of mower to make blades run, after a short mow, battery was dead....Recharge of mower and rewire of blades same way, mowed about an hour then suction occurred again, melted wiring and roaring blades was all that was left...

HELP WHAT CAN I DO TO MOW AGAIN.....I HAVE NOT HAD THIS STUPID MOWER 2 YEARS YET, ITS BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS....

List out some model numbers and I can look up a wiring harness to show you what you need to get it running. You should use adequate gauge wiring and also have the charging circuit going.

I personally would order a new wiring harness and put it back together properly. You have seen the negative result of trying to rig it up so it will still work. That's just not the safe way to do it. Get a new harness and both you and the mower will feel better about it.
