Looking to upgrade my zero turn mower. Currently have a John Deere Z930A Good mower but very rough riding and noisy. It would be for Farm use. Criteria are as follows:
1. Ride
2. Noise
3. Ability to clean the deck
4. Deck size 60" or 72"
5. Resale and dealer
I would pay for quality so price not necessarily a deal breaker.
Models under consideration:
Deere Z994 diesel
Deere Z930 R
Altoz
Simplicity
Hustler
Those dealers are local. Kubota Toro and Exmark an hour away.
Consider kubota....they ride like a Cadillac. They are not cheap but well worth it and hold value. I cut with one for a couple years...8 hours a day for a contractor and If it wasn’t for a comfortable mower I couldn’t have done it. I forget the model but it was a 60 inch cut zero turn diesel.

I think it is Hustler that has the flip up deck, for easy clean up, or blade change etc.
I would suggest trying to test ride as many on your list as you can.
