Which deck belt?

I snapped the deck belt on my Cub Cadet, and I'm have trouble getting the right one. I went on their website and looked up the part number, but when I put it on according to the package diagram, it reached well past the engine pulley and wasn't going to be tight enough. I am attaching photos of the power's model number sticker and of the belt package. Any help/advice would be deeply appreciated.

Are you sure you have it routed properly? Check this picture. https://www.partstree.com/models/xt...6-xt1-enduro-lawn-tractor-kohler-2022/deck-4/

It's a T46.

That matches the diagram on the belt packaging, and I believe I did it that way.

Model number has a 1 cut off, should be 13.

I just checked the belt itself for a part number, and it says MTD 754-04118. If I'm interpreting it right, that's not even a Cub Cadet belt. Can you say wrong package? Back to Tractor Supply!

The parts diagram is saying it takes a 954-05022A not the 754/954-04118. The 754-04118 is 122.5 inches and the 954-05022 is 108.3.

According to parts looks up the 754-04118 is for the 2008ish 46 inch and the 2011 and newer 54 inch decks.

As of 2022 they own 80%. The merger may also explain the newest electrical and electronic innovations they have been putting on mowing equipment. Apparently, the cadre of engineers and designers have never mowed a lawn or maintained any of the equipment they are producing.

To me anything that is "intelligent" as a machine is sure to be a real pain for people to work on and operate.

Little behind the times. SBD purchased the other 20% in 2023.
