Trying to start a d100 lawn tractor. When starting, the fuel runs into carb real fast and floods engine. If I pinch the fuel line off it will start and run. As soon as I let a little pressure off the pinched line the engine wants to flood. Any info would be appriciated. Thanks

Your needle valve in the carb must be stuck. You need to take off the fuel bowl and clean it and the valve. Most of the newer valves have a rubber tip the gets affected by the ethanol, you may have to replace it.

Could be foreign material between needle and seat not letting it seat and cut off fuel. Also could be the float is partially filled with gasoline and dropping down and not letting the needle shut since the float controls the needle.

Also u might want to check the fuel solenoid if ur unit has one if its bad and in the open position the carb will flood and dump fuel. ( plunger stick down on soleniod) test this by turning switch to start postion and listen for the click of solenoid and, if no click solenoid is bad. This solenoid closees to shut off fuel to needle when u shut off the mower. When u turn switch to start u grt a click from which the soleniod opens to let fuel in via needle and, when u shut mowrr off the switch clicks plunger up to shut of fuel. Hope this helps!
