For a Craftsman series 2000 riding mower, opinions about wheel weights, should they be used for front or back if one has a slope under 15 degrees when sometimes they slip starting up the slope. Also, will they tear up the turf when turning as one traverses back and forth across the lawn, thanks?
Two questions, what tread pattern do you have on you tires? What air pressure are you running in the rear tires. On 90% of tractors I work on I set the rear pressure at 10 psi and the front at 15 psi. I would not recommend weights.
