I bought a used HRX217K6VKA. The adjuster arm wouldn't move so I removed the adjuster plate and greased it. Now it moves smoothly.
I don't know if I did something wrong when I serviced the adjuster plate, but the wheel spin is weird. When I back it up, both wheels roll anticlockwise. When I turn left, both wheels roll (in opposite directions). When I turn right, though, the left wheel rolls but the right wheel is locked. When I go up a rise, especially when the grass is wet, the right wheel spins in the grass so I have to push the mower up the hill. Also, when I first push down the select drive control, the mower jerks to the right. Is this the way this mower works?
