well according to the Walker web site that serial number belongs to a 2016 debris blower.
Where are you getting the information from ?
Walker serial numbers are on a tag on the left side of the seat.
A photo would be of great benefit as would a little more description

AFAIK Walker have every owners manual for every mower they ever made on their web page which is open to the public.
Most owners also have parts breakdowns and most models also have the service manual available for free download as well.
Is the year it was made on the plate with the serial number and model number on the upper right side of it because mine says 2000 but wasnt sure if that was the year it was made or not
