I have a 08202-0144 3hp horz briggs that has a points ignition I want to replace it with an electronic ignition. Which Module should I use.

Take those numbers to your local authorized Briggs repair shop. They have a quick reference guide to get you what you need. That way if it would be wrong, I doubt it, you can take it back. At other places electric parts are not returnable.
