What does this spark plug say about the way my mower is running

My mower runs fine but it looks like it could be overheating but I'm not sure. What do you think

I like the color. Overheat is whiter than that. IMO

Ok thanks. I thought it looked ok but when I compared it to the chart on the Internet it looked like it was on overheating.
