I'm trying to prepare for the day when the snow might go away. How do I revive it? Is there any preparation or can I just throw some seed on there?

Depends on what you are wanting to revive... The Snow or The Grass.... :smile:KennyV

:laughing: If it is grass, I am cheap. I don't do anything but AERA-vate it and it always turns out very green and luscious! But then again my soil is extraordinary and I didn't do anything

My soil is junk, mostly clay, and my grass is crap, mostly weeds. About all I do to prepare for mowing is pick up and rake up all the debris, and in the areas that are matted down from the weight of the piled snow and being driven on, I take extra care to rake them well and get the debris out so the grass can grow without having to fight thru the mats. I also have over 450 feet of roadfront to clean up, by raking up all the debris and wind blown leaves the grass there comes back well. The cleanup work I do also makes it easy to spot the stones the plows throw onto the lawn area. I probably end up with two or three cubic yards of leaves and debris every spring.

Very funny KennyV; I'm definitely done with this darn snow! I guess I will rake all the winter debris and see what grows. Hopefully I won't have to seed it; that would be nice.
