I guess this has more to do with the damage we have done to our planet but I am still surprised at it. Twenty years ago I remember everyone had amazing yards, now we sometimes need to fight to keep that luscious grass growing. What gives?
I have had a few issues myself but the thing I noticed more than any are that trees seem to be 'shorter' than they used to be when I was a younger adult. No idea if its the damage of pollution or not but its one thing I have caught.

What gives is climate change. Pretty lawns will soon be the least of our worries.
Please stop with the global warming. The planet has been changing from it's beginning. One volcano eruption effects the climate more than all man has done combined.
Global warming is nothing more than just another hoax, just like Y2K and the global freezing claims in the 1960's and 70's were. Global warming is being used to generate fear and panic. Those behind this movement are using it to control people's lives and for financial gain.
That said I do not think there are enough qualified folks here to have a definitive, factual discussion on the actual cause... I will trust in those that have spent their lives studying this. And try not to be swayed by hearsay...

I do not think anyone here intended to offend anyone at least from what I can see. I think the main issue is that while things do change, how can we work with the change to get the end results we would like to see (dead grass in many places for explain). :thumbsup:
I know what you mean about things changing. When I bought this land it had 3 sets of wild plum trees. They have always produced smallish red plums. This year, on one set produced yellow plums. Perfectly ripe, very sweet yellow plums. The others gave us reds. But last year, not one plum.
