I have an older echo srm 2100 that I've had a couple years. Been reliable, other than a few primer bulbs and it has a tendency to foul the plug at times. Finally got around to changing the champion plug in it to what the manual calls for, an NGK BPM-7A. Throttle response and cold performance are way better, feels as though it has more power. So, don't neglect your spark plugs.
