Friday I thought I had broken my foot and little toe. The pain was enough that I passed out on the couch.
No broken bones or fractures but there is some bruising and damage to some tendons. I don't have to wear it 24/7 but is recommended I wear it when up and walking.
The culprit is a 3 inch jog out in the baseboard of the hallway.. and Stupid me not watching where I go.

Well it just as bad nailing the kitchen chair legs.
But my problem is weak ankles due my feet bottoms facing each when I was a baby. I have to wear high top laced up shoes or boots to keep from just turning my ankles walking across the flat yard.
