My first order through A&I after six month purchase band (in house imposed due problems) and the item I needed the most is back ordered for no telling how long. A plastic/metal oil screen for a 49M. Everything I was ordering for restock got shipped.How frustrating it is. It is not a high volume item but when needed it is needed.

I could just scream. Well at least the hot water heater is finally installed after demo of the wall along Shark connectors and a section Plex pipe. Even the 40 gallon heater was hard to come by. I had to go to four different plumbing stores to get it so I getting to sit down to my first cup of coffee in two days. In few days I start putting the wall back together after the temperature get back above freezing during the day.
The good thing in the last two days was that I was home when it blew or I could had a house full of water.

Clearly shows that PD is no longer sharing their inventory between warehouses. We used to have the option of shipping out of an alternate warehouse. That going away arrow that used to show up when it was available from other warehouses is no longer available.

IL, I don't have the option of going PD directly as they up and closed my account. They simply would not give me the same discount that I get thru A&I. I currently going through A&I which actually gives me a better discount on the Briggs parts; PD was 10% and A&I is usually around 20% but more at other times. It seems that A&I batch dumps orders to the Columbus warehouse. Back when Sunbelt was running things my orders show up the next day, now it is three days if things goes well. Shipping time is still one day it just the processing times that are a pain plus I don't know if items gets shipped or back ordered for two days.
