Weird mower repair thread

New one for the list. Gasket shellac used on the oil filter gasket, Briggs engine with a MTD filter installed and what looked like gaskets shellac on the oil filter mounting surface, that I had to scrape off before installed the new oil filter,
 
Had a 12.5 HP briggs powered rider with a locked up engine. The area under the shroud was completely filled with acorns locking up the flywheel.
