I have just finish my second repair on this mower, now I have replaced the brake cable with a heavy duty do it yourself cable and its working so far.
Now the transmission is giving me problems, I have read that the friction plate is the culprit to this problem,and the way I see it is a very simple operation, (if and only)you don't have to drop the whole transmission.
I just wanted to know if there was a simpler way to remove the friction plate and replace it with a snapper part without removing too much stuff.
If you have to do what I think you have to do, will someone tell me if I can just dissassemble the left side only and leave the rest alone.
Where do I begin, the parts page doesn't give me much.
