Weed killer/grass fertilizer

I was wanting some opinions about a weed Killer/grass fertilizer. My yard is starting to get weeds and clover patches scattered throughout my lawn. I am wanting to kill off all of that but at the same time help make my grass more healthy. Any good brands out there?

Update: I ended up buying the Scott's brand. And as far as when to use it, it just says use on the weed infested areas on your lawn as soon as you notice the weeds

I usually use it 2 days after I mow. Apply wet and don't water the next day works for my yard every time
