The left wheel seems to hang up during the initial attempt to move forward or backward. It just goes in a circle. Seems like the e-brake is hanging up over there. The machine only has 700 hours. Seals on the trans say not to fiddle with them until 1000 hours or void warranty. The trans dipstick shows good as far as fluid and it looks pretty good. Any help is appreciated.
Brake is only used for parking so disconnect it and tie it in the off position for the purpose of the test only
Problem goes away then your original diagnosis is correct .
