We could use a new walk behind with a bagger on it. We have an old Snapper that we bought off of Facebook last year used. We will use it only a minimal amount of the time. It needs to be one we can use without the bagger as well.
Since we normally cut large areas with zero turns this is something I am not sure of.
What do you guys recommend to replace the old Snapper?

The walk behind is one of the most important tools pb your trailer. If it can't do what you need or be reliable when you need. I think you should replace.
If it mulches, bags, leaves a nice cut, starts up every time, and you maintain it I say keep it. I have a late 80's toro commercial mower I rebuilt it is the same things as a toro proline with a few little things less. But the BBC and the Suzuki engine is fantastic I don't want to get rid of it its old its ugly but it does everything I need it for so no need to replace
