Well, my wife insisted on getting goats and they have eaten through my wiring harness. I guess that was to be expected when adopting furry "kids."

The Problems:
No way to identify the exact model (Hydro late 90s early 2000s i believe)
Unable to find an exact wiring harness without the model (Over $200 even if i could)
there are 8 wires coming from handles and 7 leading to the deck
I am not an electrician (but i do learn quick)
The Kohler Command 17.5 is not the original engine

If possible, I would like to directly connect the wires without the use of a harness. I would say the majority of the wires are easily paired by color. However, the extra wires are throwing me off. Any help would be appreciated.

All of your wires are a single plug-in type. One wire for one plug. What you will have when done is an unused wire. Black tape it.

Ok great. I assume it's one of the red wires I'll just need to figure out which one. Thank you
