Anyone have a tip on removing a main nozzle from a Walbro carburetor? I purchased the briggs and stratton screw driver to remove them but in almost all cases strips out the slot. Picture below is relevant.

You can try soaking in carb cleaner prior to trying to remove the main nozzle. It sounds like you are dealing with corrosion issues in the threads, In those cases I have even had to drill out the nozzle and chase out the threads to get the remaining bits and then replace the nozzle.
