What is the valve clearance on a 15.5 IC motor.

How about providing the model number information from the engine so we are not guessing that is is either a flat head or overhead valve engine since both were made in 15.5 IC,

If you can't find the proper spec, shoot for 0.006" intake and 0.008" exhaust. Best to check your engine manual for proper clearance.
